ZOFF Foods was started in 2018 by brothers Akash Agrawalla & Ashish Agrawal. Based in Raipur, the company has quickly become one of India’s leading spice brands, offering a wide range of products including whole spices, powdered spices, blended spices, dry fruits, 5-minute gravy and marinade mix. ZOFF is known for using India’s first cool grinding technology, which maintains the natural flavour, aroma, & nutrients of the spices. We also use zip-lock packs to ensure freshness & convenience.
ZOFF products are available on major e-commerce & q-commerce platforms and in over 10,000 retail stores across India. Our focus on quality and innovation helped us to gain attention on Shark Tank India Season 2, where we secured funding from JM Financials. With the Indian spice market projected to scale significantly, ZOFF Foods is poised to disrupt the traditional spice and F&B sectors.

What makes us unique?
India's First Brand To Use Air Classifying Mills (ACMs)
Spices begin to lose their taste and strong smell at around 60° C. But most spice companies still use old grinding machines like hammer mills that get as hot as 120°C. We are the first in India to use Air Classifying Mills (ACMs), which grind spices at just 30°–40°C. So that our spices can keep their natural flavour and smell till you start to cook.
India's First Brand To Use Zip Lock Packaging for spices
Once you open a spice pack, it starts to lose freshness and flavour and needs to be stored in a separate airtight container. But at ZOFF, we’re the first in India to use zip lock packaging for spices. These packs are airtight and resealable, so the spices stay fresh for many days. And they look so good you don’t have to transfer them to a different box.
